Article 1The Ministry of Sports ("the Ministry") establishes the Sports for All Agency ("the Agency") to promote the development of sport for all ages and in communities, advance the popularization of competitive sports, promote various levels of competitions, and develop sports education and skills to shape sports culture.
Article 2The Agency is responsible for the following matters:
1.Planning, promoting, and implementing sport for all policies, as well as drafting related regulations.
2.Planning, promoting, and implementing national regular exercise programs, sports education, and physical fitness testing.
3.Planning, promoting, and implementing sports for all age groups, including children, adolescents, youth, adults, and the elderly.
4.Planning, promoting, implementing, and coordinating ocean, water, and mountain sports.
5.Planning, promoting, guiding, rewarding, and implementing new, extreme, and traditional folk sports.
6.Planning, promoting, guiding, and rewarding the development of community sports clubs and sports clubs, as well as competitions at all levels.
7.Guiding, rewarding, managing, and supervising national sports groups in promoting sport for all.
8.Cultivating, guiding, supervising, and managing diverse sports professionals.
9.Other matters related to sport for all.
Article 3The Agency is headed by a Director-General, whose position is classified as Senior rank civil service grade 13. If necessary, the Director-General may be appointed based on qualifications similar to a university president, and their retirement and pension will be handled according to relevant teacher regulations, as approved by the Ministry. The Agency also has a Deputy Director-General, whose position is classified as Senior rank civil service grade 12.
