Article 2The Administration shall be in charge of the following matters:
1.Planning and drafting policies, laws, and regulation for the development of commerce.
2.Comprehensively guiding, supervising, and coordinating relevant business affairs.
3.Providing incentives, subsidies and counseling for innovation, research and development, carbon reduction adaptation, marketing, and promotion of the commercial service industry.
4.Devising, planning and implementing international cooperation and exchanges of the commercial service industry.
5.Dealing with the reservation, registration and management of company and limited partnership name and business scope.
6.Planning, promotion, providing consultant and administering the retail market.
7.Managing business administrative data and information.
8.Handling other matters related to the development of commercial service industry and administrative affairs.
Article 5The ranks, grades, and number of positions of the Administration shall be governed by a separate organization chart.
